Variegated Camel Swiss Angora Scarf
Our Angora collection is characterised by earthy tones from mocca to dark browns originating from the rabbit´s wool. The camel scarf is plainly woven and finished with fringed edges.
Angora is a luxury fibre produced by long-haired Angora rabbits characterised by a particularly cosy and warm wool. Harvesting angora without harming rabbits is a slow labour of patience and compassion.
For our Angora collection, we source only from Swiss breeders like Alice Philipp and Esther von Siebenthal-Bolz who literally caresse the fibre off rabbits when moulting. It takes about seven hours to spin 100g of raw Fiber by hands into the most delicate yarn. The colour palette reflects the natural shades of the animals and creates an irreproducible touch to every single scarf.
Style it with head-to-toe black or brown to foreground the all natural colour palette. Shown here with our Lotus Ecru scarf.
